Let’s Go! Dissemination Partners

The Let’s Go! Home Office is located at The Kids CO-OP and provides capacity to support the statewide childhood obesity prevention model. Let’s Go! has an established partnership with the Maine Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and the Maine Department of Education. With assistance from health systems like MaineHealth, EMHS and the Healthy Maine Partnerships, Let’s Go! is implemented in 18 regions across the state. These regions are called Dissemination Partners.
