Get Up & Go Guide

The Get Up & Go Guide is a searchable database designed to help residents in the twelve Let’s Go! communities locate physical activity and nutrition resources available for children, youth and families in their area.

If you would like your business or organization to be included in our directory, please review the Inclusion Criteria and complete the Resource Profile Form. There is no charge to be listed in the Get Up & Go Guide.

Click on a town on the map to get a complete list of resources offered in one of our 12 communities, or use the Advanced Search below to find specific activities.  The Get Up & Go Guide is also available as a pdf file.

To find a specific resource in the 12 communities, select your town, then select the activity you are interested in, and click "search."
