Maine School Nutrition Directors Battle Child Obesity

In the fight against child obesity, health experts have set their sights on improving school cafeterias, where most American kids eat at least one of their daily meals. In Maine, nutrition directors have embraced the task, and are actually trying to lead the country. Directors for nearly 40 Maine schools have joined forces to improve their cafeteria meals, and are now seeking national recognition for their healthier menus.
