Let’s Go! 5-2-1-0 for Families

Our goal is to increase physical activity and healthy eating for children and families. We have six programs, otherwise known as settings, to reach families where they live, learn, work and play to reinforce the importance of making healthy choices.

The Lets Go! program developed and promotes 5-2-1-0, a simple, daily message:

As a parent, what you do makes a difference in your family! Research shows that kids model their parents’ behaviors and attitudes. Kids learn to be physically active and to eat well by watching those around them.

We’ve developed a variety of resources to help you and your family live by 5-2-1-0.
