Let's Go! 5-2-1-0 Goes to School provides the following support to participating schools:

  • Technical assistance provided by full-time Project Coordinators
  • Comprehensive Let's Go! 5-2-1-0 Goes to School Toolkit
  • Mini-grants for the schools in the Let's Go! Greater Portland region
  • Quarterly meetings for school champions and teams to connect and exchange ideas across districts
  • Evaluation tools

The Let's Go! 5-2-1-0 Goes to School Project Team provides the overall coordination, technical assistance, and conducts the analysis and reports findings back to participating schools.
